I’m Priscilla Wozniak, a UK-trained, award-winning Midwife with decades of experience supporting families across the South West.

 

I’ve had the privilege of working in Midwifery Group Practice, Aboriginal Birth Programs, Birth Suite management, clinical education, and perinatal mental health.

 

Along the way, I’ve been honoured to receive Midwife of the Year TWICE and to work with countless families who have shaped the midwife I am today.

 

I founded Forming Families because I believe midwifery should always be with woman, with family: respectful, collaborative, transparent, and centered around your needs.

 

My philosophy is built on three pillars: Educate, Empower and Advocate. I see every pregnancy as unique, and I work alongside you to create a care plan that feels safe, supportive and aligned with your values.

I also have a heart for education: supporting student midwives to gain exposure to homebirth and care in the community setting. Every student should be given the opportunity to assist at a home birth at least once.

 

As a mobile midwife, I provide appointments in the comfort of your home and offer true continuity of care, including 24/7 on-call support when needed. I’m committed to evidence-based practice, holistic care, cultural awareness, and trauma-informed support, always recognizing you as the expert in your own experience.

 

Above all, it’s my absolute privilege to walk alongside families as they grow. Watching a family form is one of the greatest honours of my career.

  • Appointments available from six weeks pregnant to eight weeks post-birth in an environment where you feel safe.

Payment Plans

At Forming Families, we believe all families deserve gold-standard, continuous midwifery care. Our pricing reflects the high level of personalised, evidence-based support we provide, while remaining fair and competitive. To ensure our services are accessible, we offer flexible payment plans across all packages, with small deposits and staged payments aligned with your pregnancy or postnatal timeline. As we take only a limited number of clients each month to maintain exceptional care, early booking is recommended, make an enquiry for more information.
